At Pet Centar, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your invoice or the RMA form.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
